*Please note: Direct billing may require a patient to have a current doctor’s note indicating massage treatment on file with their insurance provider prior to treatment or other various conditions be met before treatment is received. Be sure to check your extended medical policy for requirements prior to booking. In some cases the first treatment must be paid in full and a paper claim filed before direct billing can be used.
